About this survey

Immunisation (also can be called 'vaccination') is an important way to support child health and community wellbeing.
We want to hear what you think about vaccination and childhood immunisation services. Your view will help to make it easier and more comfortable for families in your community to get their children immunised.
If you're a parent or other caregiver (e.g. grandparent, foster/kin carer) of a child aged 0-8 years living on the Gold Coast, we would love to hear from you through this quick, 10 minute survey.
